03 · How We Work

Every shortcut taken early
shows up late — so we don't.

Four movements, with control at every step. No inflated process. No vague language.

  1. 01

    Define

Align on product goals, materials, target retail and manufacturing constraints. The foundation gets set before a single sketch.

  2. 02

    Design

Creative direction, style CADs and tech packs that translate the idea into something a production floor can honor.

  3. 03

    Develop

Sample, test, refine. Fit, construction and detailing perfected until the garment is ready to be repeated a thousand times.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Produce at scale, manage quality control, and ship — to warehouse, retail, or straight to your customer's door.

04 · Web Design & E-Commerce

07 · Straight Answers

Asked often. Answered plainly.

Real numbers where numbers exist. If your question isn't here, ask it directly.

Working With The House

Who do you work with?

Founders shipping a first capsule, established brands scaling serious programs, artists and IPs who need merch that doesn't feel like merch. If you care how it's made, we'll get along.

Can I hire you for just one discipline?

Yes. Plenty of partners come for a single lane — a site, a sample run, an on-demand program — and stay for the full table. Start where the need is sharpest.

Do you work with early-stage brands?

We do — it's half the reason on-demand exists in this house. Start at one piece, prove the demand, then graduate into bulk when the numbers say so.

Manufacturing & Sourcing

What can you actually produce?

Full apparel and headwear categories: knits, wovens, fleece, cut-and-sew, screen print, DTG, sublimation, embroidery, appliqué and patches — plus trims, labels and packaging.

What are the minimums?

On-demand starts at a single piece. Production programs — printables or fully custom cut-and-sew — start at 50 units per style. Programs are shaped to the brand, not the other way around.

Where is production done?

Across four hubs — the United States, Mexico, Indonesia and Pakistan — matched to the program's speed, spec and price targets. Domestic when fast matters, offshore when scale does.

Timeline & Cost

How fast can you turn things around?

Tech packs and samples in days. Screen print programs typically land in 3–4 weeks. Custom cut-and-sew runs 60–90 days depending on fabric and finishing. On-demand ships in 2–5 business days.

What does it cost?

It scales with scope. A graphics package might be a few hundred dollars; a full program — design, production and storefront — is a considered investment. You'll always see the number before we start.

Websites too — how long?

A cinematic one-page brand site typically launches in 2–3 weeks, storefronts in 3–5. Hand-coded, fast, and owned by you outright — no monthly builder ransom.

08 · Connect
